Reimagined

1972 Apollo Recreational Vehicle

When you have five dogs and want to go away for a week on a road trip things get challenging very quickly. I worked quickly to solve the problem and bought a 1972 Apollo RV. It ran most of the time, the electronics were a mess, the windows all leaked, and it was generally in pretty bad shape.

Turning a dark and dreary RV into a welcoming home on wheels was a joy and and a years long hobby. Custom upholstery, new floors, re-creating the artwork to restore the decals, and a hand-made the dining table were just some of the finishing touches after a complete mechanical and electrical rebuild.

Scroll to the bottom and you’ll be transported back to the brown ages.

Shades of brown.
