The challenge of design is creating the very best interpretation of the client goals within a given budget. The Honse residence had a small budget and needed a big budget list of renovations. Along with opening up the floor plan and reconfiguring the kitchen and bath, the house needed new siding, new windows, a new roof, hardscape and landscape and outdoor living spaces to take maximum advantage of Pacific Northwest summers.
